The sacred site and tourist destination known as South Kashi, the temple of Shri Kshetra Gokarna, is home to a family of priests. Born in this family, Sri Parameshwar R. Bailakeri was skilled in Vedas, mantras, Puranas, Yakshagana, and astrology. His son, Ramakrishna P. Bailakeri, followed in his footsteps, mastering various forms of knowledge and later serving as a lecturer in a Sanskrit school and as a principal before retiring.

I, Parameshwar Ramakrishna Bailakeri, followed a similar path. At a young age, I completed my studies in mantras and Vedas, received my education at Bhadra Kali High School in Gokarna, earned a B.Com degree from Baliga College in Kumta taluk, and completed my M.A. in Dharwad.

I spent 13 years in study at Medha Dakshinamurthi Vedhava Bhavana Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, obtaining the title of "Vidwan" in Advaita Vedanta and fulfilling my student life with state recognition. For several years, I worked as a Sanskrit lecturer at Vijaya College in Bangalore, and later, I served satisfactorily for a few years as a Sanskrit lecturer at the Sanskrit College in Gokarna.

After worshipping the Vedic Mother Gayatri and gaining proficiency in various subjects, I continued my astrology practice and have a significant number of disciples. With the blessings of God, the elders of the Guru, and through my own efforts, I have received the "Havyaka Sadhaka" award from the Akhila Havyak Mahasabha and obtained my doctorate alongside it.
